Aaron is the absolute best! He is kind, professional, and exceptionally brilliant at what he does! I have suffered from orthopedic problems all my life and I got my first pair of PTI orthotics from Aaron 10 years ago- which have served me so very well, keeping me aligned and out of pain! I just went in to get them refurbished and am so glad Aaron is still in Boulder. I decided to get a second pair made so I don't have to switch them in and out of my favorite shoes. Non weight bearing neutral position casting has been the gold standard since the 1970's and is now being phased out by non weight bearring 3D scanning. Superior intra / inter tester repeatability. Captures intersegmental malalignments within the foot.

By incorporating different densities of materials within the structure of the orthotic, these devices can offer specific areas of the foot targeted cushioning and support. Bony protrusions can be accommodated while supporting the other critical areas of the foot. This is not possible without a positive model. Direct molding techniques do not create a positive model of the foot.
