Watching out for shin splints

This is a painful condition that can affect those who regularly exercise, often through them doing so too much. Shin splints is a painful inflammation of the origin of the anterior tibials muscle. Custom biomechanical orthotics controlling mid-foot motion and supporting the medial longitudinal arch can help with this frustrating condition. Careful strengthening programs can also be of benefit.
